Sunon MagLev GM1206PHV2-A, 1.0W, with the SMALL connector (5mm wide)
(the same Sunon PN with a LARGE connector (8mm wide) is a different PN, MIT 299P 382010). These are pulled from new Mitsubishi light engines.

NOTE - we stock multiple Mitsubishi fans that all look alike (about 3" square with a little white connector). Please order by part number or TV model number to make sure you get the correct fan.
